Ivana has a degree in Theater Directing & Radio Broadcasting, as well as a degree inBusiness Communication.She was one of the first private female entrepreneurs in Croatia,with experience in starting, funding, and selling projects in the media, tourism and telecommunication industries.Having been in executive positions as a CEO or board member in several management teams (IN2, Jupiter Adria, Croatian Telecom, Iskon Internet, EuropapressHolding, Z3 tv, etc.), she was mostly responsible for sales & marketing and business development, but also has a vast general management experience.In 2016, together with two partners, Ivica Mudrinic and Ante Magzan, Ivana has founded HUB385, coworking space and incubator in Zagreb Croatia. Today , in HUB385, Ivana works as consultant and mentor with a number of startups and young entrepreneurs. She is also an advisor to a number of bigger companies and a Supevisory Board president of Proficio, investment fund in Croatia, specialised in tourism operations.Ivana is also the founder of Zaklada Luka, a charitable foundation that finances university tuition for talented female students without economic means.In her spare time, Ivana is an avid reader, and loves movies, technology and animals.
