Agnieszka has over 12 years of experience in M&A transactions services including financial due diligence, negotiations support and SPA advisory. She has worked mainly with Private Equity clients. Her experience includes also 1.5 year as the CFO of a PE-backed consumer business company. Agnieszka’s areas of focus are TMT and consumer business.
Agnieszka is also a leader of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe Programme which recognises and profiles fast growing technology companies in the region. The programme, which is now in its 18th year, ranks the 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies.
