Managing Partner, Founder
Marzena is a Managing Partner and Founder of Experior Venture Fund, responsible for Fund’s operations, including deal sourcing, supervision of investment process, supervision of exits from investments, obtaining debt financing for portfolio companies as well as for relations with the Fund’s private investors and National Capital Fund.
She has extensive experience in managing companies as well as in investment supervision, including as Chairman of the Supervisory Board (BPH TFI SA (2015 - present), Celtic Property Developments SA, Polski Gaz SA and other) and as Member of the Supervisory Board (Polbank EFG SA, Ferrum SA, MZCh Organika SA, Unimil SA. and other). Today she represents Experior Venture Fund on the boards of Algolytics, WeGirls, Tourmedica, DrOmnibus.
She has spent almost 20 years as manager and head of Polish investment banking operations of several international institutions, including Raiffeisen Investment Polska, West LB Panmure, HSBC Financial Services. She is an expert in the areas of capital markets, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring.
