Fund Manager at SmartCap

 Sille has been a fund manager at Estonian state VC company SmartCap managing early stage investment portfolio since 2016. Previously, she was a fund manager of CEE focused equity funds in Swedbank Investment Funds, whereas her core responsibility was the management of alternative investments portfolio with private equity and real estate focus in II and III pillar pension funds. She was also a member of the management board of Hansa Private Equity Partners S.à r.l. that was the general partner managing a CEE private equity fund of funds in Luxembourg. Sille worked at Swedbank Investment Funds since 2007 and in the beginning she was responsible for Baltic private debt portfolios.
